“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”

Power outage hit shortly after we checked in and lasted more than 24 hours (so no lights — except emergency lights, no heat, hot water, elevators, breakfast…) — not something they could control, but staff didn’t seem to know anything about what to do in these circumstances. They shrugged a lot. Said they could comp parking charges. While guests struggled to open and close sliding electric doors, staff sat in chairs in the lobby and watched.
