I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. “I couldn't recommend this place more. The staff are all GENUINELY kind. They don't put on a show and act like they do just to make money. They do a phenomenal job at keeping it clean. And they allow your fur babies to stay with you(with a pet fee). If you or your family are coming to this area and want a family and pet friendly(wallet friendly too!) I recommend this spot!!”

“To be fair, I had an injured leg and was staying due to my house renovation. This was extremely perfumed to the point that my clothes smelled after only a couple hours. If you don’t like strong smells…. Don’t go here. It is very dark. Little lighting , It is creepy to me. The toilet was very low and bathroom very tiny. I had to pull off my brace to stand up. “Hotel was ideal for my needs although room 301 had a bit too much road noise for my liking. Valet parking was good but is totally unnecessary as the parking lot is just at the entrance and added 40 USD including tips to the overnight stay.”

“Very difficult to get to. Must drive thru shopping mall parking lot or a back alley. Parking was very limited. Had to park along grassy edge of lot because they ran out of parking in the very small lot.”

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”

“Was in town for the weekend and was on a budget. Loved the price, location and service. The building itself was a bit dated. The room itself was clean and spacious. My major complaint would be noise. The walls were super thin and the noise from the hallways carried in. Would still recommend- just play some tv or music from your phone to cancel out any residual noise.”

“There was a nice big parking lot, area around hotel seemed quiet, the hotel and rooms looked new. Also the breakfast including, hot items, were greatly appreciated before heading to the airport for an early flight. The room could have been dusted better but overall clean and comfortable. Attempted to use the indoor spa but it was way too hot. I could only manage to dangle my legs in. I would suggest keeping the temperature around 100 degrees.”

“My room was clean and did not have any odor like some hotel do when you turn on the hvac unit. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was polite and helpful.”
